Unlike any hotel I have seen, you cannot a make a reservation at the desk- if you wish to book a room for the night you must take the elevator downstairs to the offices and request a reservation before returning upstairs to finish at a check-in desk that seemed poorly run. Oddly enough, while the usual signs about towels were posted in the bathroom, the room did not have any towels. I had to go and request them myself and when the towels arrived they were thin/cheap (which I don't necessarily mind, but unacceptable when you are paying this much.) The room was gorgeous, balcony could use updating but was still lovely and right on the beach. Room layout was especially nice. A few upgrades and this would be a great hotel.

What a beautiful experience I had and the credit absolutely goes to the staff- They were efficient, kind, friendly and so helpful. Oh, and that lavish breakfast in the morning....and the scenic view.....thank you guys for the wonderful service you offered, I can't wait to be back!!

The hallways were not at all that clean. Some people in our tour group found that simple items, such as toilet, had not been replaced after the rooms had been cleaned for the day. I found this to be a surprise given the fact we were at a Remada hotel.

The hotel was busy and seemed like they cater to groups. The pool and surrounding area are convenient and fun. All in all a good experience.
The ocean is just across the street, and there is a boardwalk on which one can walk north and south along the beach.
Was pretty disappointed about a few things . The room... Was pretty disappointed about a few things . The room was OK, but just OK, it was a bit dirty and their were a few chips and marks on the walls and in the bathtub. It didn't feel clean. The Bathtub was to short and I'm not a tall person but I had to bend my legs to rest them and get the full effect of the warmth on them. I like baths at hotels so this was a major disappointment. The terrace ( merpeset ) we had was great and big and over looked the sea but there were no chairs that were comfortable to lie down and rest their together with my husband so it took away the enjoyment and the full restfulness. The Door was broken and the locks keep locking and getting stuck in the bathroom and the front door to our room so we got locked in a few times. They sent security up to see if we could get out at the end. There were so many kids at the hotel and we went on Friday and Sat so we didn't mind the kids but if I wanted quiet there wasn't any in the hotel , we heard the kids from our room on the 11th floor. And downstairs was turned into a big living room with families everywhere so it was that kind of kid friendly place. Also no spot at the pool and kids evvvverywhere~!! LOL . The food was amazing for breakfast but dinner was not as great . The dinner was really expensive and the lunch was expensive too and it was the dinner leftovers from the night before and tasted that way. There was not to much offered during lunch so I ended up eating a salad and spending 150 for it !! Otherwise all good. The Hotel was not worth what we paid and I was all in all very disappointed for the price. I will stay at the Island across the street next time where the rooms are taken care of. ;) money isn't the issue , so it really was a feeling of being ripped off because the place wasn't really nice for what they charged and should have been.
